Accreditation:
For a private university in the East of Holland the accreditation process ‘New Program” will be managed and coached by the Further Education Group.
For a private university in one of the larger cities in Holland all the paperwork, including the self-evaluation report, for the pending accreditation of one of the programs has been written. The accreditation through a VBI was supported and supervised by the Further Education Group.
For a new private institute the accreditation proposal for a new course will be written by the Further Education Group.
Auditing:
Interim Inspector at the Inspectorate Education, inspecting mid-vocational institutes on their examination processes (3 months full time) in 2008
Interim auditor rescue team Kennis Centrum Examinering (KCE), re-writing and publication-proofing of the audit-reports (1 month full time in 2007)
Interim Lead-Auditor Kennis Centrum Examinering (KCE), auditing of the exam processes and regulations mid-vocational institutes (4 months full time in 2007)
Business Plans:
A long term Business Plan for an Institute of Higher Education in The Netherlands was written on the basis of extensive research and talks with the client. The Business plan was needed because the institute wanted to branch out to include internationalization, attract foreign students and businesses for their commercial post-graduate short courses.
A Business Plan for the realization of a joint Business Faculty for a University in China together with a University in the Netherlands who will provide the curriculum and some of the lecturers.
For a group of European Universities an undergraduate programme for Global Business Marketing and Communication is being developed. The business plan phase is nearing its completion, the next phase is the development phase, where the Further Education Group will facilitate and organize the entire process.
European Subsidy:
For a private institute a PIB proposal (Ministry of Economic Affairs subsidy for Higher Education) was written and sent tot eh Ministry for assessment.
For a joint venture between a Business Faculty of a Dutch University, a University in Brussels and a University in Shenyang in the Peoples Republic of China, the Further Education Group did all the paperwork and organization around the European Subsidy proposal procedure.
For the next phase of the Asia Link programme of the European Union the Further Education Group has been contacted by a certified charity in Great Britain to help out with the proposal for several projects with Indian Universities.
Finances:
The Further Education Group (FEG) was involved in revising the budget processes and writing a long term budget (five years) for a commercial part of a Dutch international institute of Higher Education. To be able to govern all the finances and keep an eye on the financial developments of the school, a finance management tool was developed in Microsoft Excel by FEG.
Marketing Plans:
For a Business School near Amsterdam a Marketing Plan outline has been devised. The outline is to map out the increased marketing effort for which additional funds had been allocated by the management of the institute.
A Strategic Marketing Plan for the realization of a higher influx of students, both from the home country as well as from abroad has been developed for a major player on the Dutch Higher Education market.
Guest lectureships, Job searches and Job mediation:
For an Institute of Higher Education in Amsterdam a guest lecturer who will lecture in the Peoples Republic of China has been found.
A lecturer Administrative Organization/Business Administration to fill in for an indisposed colleague at a Business School in the capital of Holland has been found by CSE Ltd.

Study trips:
Already a study trip for an Asian Police force to Europe has been devised and awaits execution. The trip leads high ranking officers of this police force along different law enforcement agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium (European Union). Various International Law institutes like the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice, etc. in The Hague will be included in the trip as well.
For a High school in Hong Kong an Art Appreciation Study Trip of one week has been developed with two days of lectures, an excursion to a theater school and various museums and cultural events in and around Amsterdam. The same programme can be devised for other major cities in Europe. This programme can still be booked by High Schools, junior colleges, or even companies.
Under development is a Music Study Trip, where students will get classes in various types of music in a Music High School, or a Conservatorium in Amsterdam. The trip also includes visits to various cultural events in the Netherlands and some concerts. Schools can already book this trip.
Also devised is a European Culture trip. This trip is for the benefit of companies who want to explore business opportunities in Europe and explore something of its culture in the same go. This trip can only be booked by groups (companies, schools).
