The small class sizes combined with qualified, friendly, helpful staff work together to make your stay at CLC an enjoyable educational experience. The centre provides an interactive computer lab with FREE high speed internet and self-study materials, student lounge and snack bar, FREE textbooks and FREE weekly movies to help you learn the language. Your adventure begins at CLC.
CLC believes that learning does not happen only in a classroom, but also in everyday activities. Students will have many opportunities to participate in FREE activities, like barbeques and picnics in the park. There will be dances and birthday parties held at school also.
Students will also have many opportunities to participate in paid activities, such as museums, theatres, Canada's Wonderland, sporting events, day trips to Niagara Falls, weekend trips to New York, Montreal and Quebec and so much more!
Language learning happens during all activities and the centre encourages students to participate as often as they can. It is a great way to meet people and learn about other cultures as well.

English Language Courses
Program Dates:
· all year round
Program Duration:
15 hours per week Intensive English Language Course (Part time)
30 hours per week Intensive English Language Course (Full time)
20 hours/week 4 week (minimum) TOEFL practise
20 hours/week 4 week (minimum) Business English
Private tutoring
2 or 4 weeks Summer Youth program
Admission Requirements:
1. some knowledge of English
2. For the English Language Course a level assessment will be carried out.
Placement Testing:
Each student must write a placement test. This is a pen and paper test written once you arrive at CLC. Testing takes approximately 1 hour for the Grammar, vocabulary and writing section. After a short break, an oral test is given which takes approximately 30 minutes.
Application Deadlines:
● 1 month prior to commencement of the course

Applicants must submit:
● The FE / CLC Application Form
● Photocopy of passport or ID card
Please note: There are additional documents to be handed in for the visa procedure. Ask your local agent. Usually most official documents also need official verification and legalisation by the appropriate embassy.
