There are various routes to British Universities which help students save time and sometimes even money. These courses are offered in the form of foundation courses, diplomas and advance diplomas by many authenticated and registered awarding bodies. These courses earn students entry onto, second year, last years or direct entry onto master courses.
abe new Business Management programme is a professional, QCA-accredited qualification to prepare you for a career in business, or to give you advanced entry onto professional qualifications and university degrees in the UK and other countries. The programme covers the theoretical issues of business and management and offers many practical skills useful to potential employers.
RIMS college offers the following abe accredited courses (abe = Association of Business Executives) in the area of Business Administration (BA):
Certificates: Introduction to Business, Introduction to Quantitative Methods, Introduction to Accounting, Introduction to Business Communication.
Diploma Part 1: Economic Principles and their Application to Business, Organizational Behavior, Financial Accounting, Quantitative Methods for Business and Management, Financial Accounting.
Diploma Part 2: Marketing Policy, Planning and Communication, Human Resource Management, Management in Action, Managerial Accounting, Principles of Business Law, Systems Analysis and Design
Advanced Diploma: Corporate Strategy and Planning, Managing in Organizations, International Business Case Study, Strategic Marketing Management, Corporate Finance, Strategic Human Resource Management for Business Organization, Managing the Information Resource.
After the Advanced Diploma you have two choices. Firstly, you can enter the work place with a highly valued qualification.
Secondly you can enter the final year of many degree programmes in countries including the UK, US, Australia, Canada and India.
Travel, Tourism and Hospitality
RIMS College also has Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in travel, tourism and hospitality at the same tuition fees. Please ask for details
Certificate and Diploma Courses:
Program Dates:
January; April; July; October
Program Duration: Preparatory programs ½ - 1 year full time
Higher Certificates 1 year full time
Diploma programs 1 – 3 years full time
Admission Requirements:
All programs
Secondary school (leaving certificate) or transcript of academic records
For certain programs additional requirements may apply!
A good knowledge of English
All academic and certificate programmes IELTS 6
All Foundation, preparatory and language programs IELTS 5
Application Deadlines:
· one month before commencement (please bear in mind the 2-3 month visa procedure)
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Applicants must submit:
· The FE / RIMS Application Form
· Photocopy of passport
· An English translation of secondary school transcript and a copy of the transcript in the original language
· Proof of proficiency in the English language
· Letter of Motivation
Please note: There are additional documents to be handed in for the visa procedure. Ask your local agent.
